Privacy & confidentiality

We treat inquiries like working conversations, not lead fodder.

If you contact Hawkes & Kwortnik through the site, we use your information to reply to you about the question you raised. We do not run a newsletter, sell contact data, or drop people into an automated nurture machine.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, you may share your name, email, company, and whatever decision context you choose to include. If you email us directly, the same principle applies: we receive the information you send us so we can respond.

How we use it

Service providers

Website inquiries and briefing signups are transmitted through FormSubmit so messages reach us reliably without running a full CRM stack on the site. If we engage in deeper advisory work, any additional tooling or document-sharing approach is scoped directly with the client.

Confidentiality

Initial inbound inquiries are treated as confidential business conversations. If a discussion moves into active advisory work or data review, mutual NDA is standard practice.

Analytics

This site uses Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand aggregate page views and usage patterns. We do not run ad targeting, resell behavioral data, or use the site to build marketing audiences. Plausible does not use cookies and is GDPR-friendly by design.

Corrections or removal

If you want something corrected or removed from an inquiry you sent, email [email protected] or [email protected]. We handle those requests directly.
